Resumen

To this day, surgical resection remains a mainstay of treatment for many malignant brain tumors. However, for certain tumors located in deep/inaccessible/eloquent areas, aggressive surgical resection poses a risk for many patients. In an effort to improve outcomes and reduce operative risk, new techniques in neuronavigation and tumor ablation have been discovered.
