Resumen

We report a case of an 18-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm of the right superficial femoral artery secondary to penetrating injury by gunshot, which was treated in our Hospital with an aneurysm resection and a saphenous vascular graft inverted with a satisfactory evolution.
