Endoscopic thyroidectomy Background: Endoscopic procedures and minimally invasive surgery is being using now to treat thyroid disease given the patients excellent results. Objective: To analyze the results of endoscopic procedures with cervical approach of patients with thyroid nodule. Institution Public and private practice. Material and method: Prospective analysis of surgical reports, results and complications of 12 patients treated endoscopically between September 2001 and December 2002.
